2026 Tax Sale & Delinquent Payments – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We have been notified by the Hillsborough Tax Collector that the 2026 Tax Sale will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
2025 Sewer payments can NO longer be accepted in the offices of the Hillsborough MUA after 2pm on Friday, July 10, 2026.
Beginning Monday, July 13, 2026, payments for outstanding 2025 sewer charges MUST be paid at the Township Tax Office (379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough).
The Tax office will mail delinquent Notices/Letters to each homeowner on or about July 20, 2026. These payments must be made at the Township Tax Office located at 379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough.
Effective August 3, 2026, ALL outstanding 2025 sewer payments made to the Tax Office MUST be in cash / Money Order.
